I am the Chief Energizing Officer and Founder of Wilson Motivational Enterprises. I am a personal development and business coach and a professional speaker. As a speaker my topics on Motivation and Communication allow me to be in demand by businesses, trade associations, clubs and civic organizations.

In my previous career I was with a large Financial Company where I was Group Executive Vice President and Human Resources Director. My experience at that Company covered more than 25 years in the management of the human resources function.

I am a graduate of the University of Richmond where I hold BA and MS degrees in Psychology and Education. I am also a graduate of The Executive Program at the Colgate Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.

I have also served on the Adjunct faculties of the University College at the University of Richmond, the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. Human Resources and supervisory subjects are my specialties.

I have been active in the Society of Human Resources Management, the Metro Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Richmond Retail Merchants Association, the Richmond Area Coaching Association, The Presidents and Managers Club and the Virginia Chapter of the National Speakers Asoociaton.
